Drug addiction constantly robs us of our joy in life.
We are here to combat life’s struggles by providing users an outlet to talk with someone who cares.
So often it is easy for us to forget that we don’t have to go through this world alone. God is always here to provide relief when we need it most. Even when we struggle with drug addiction God promises not to judge us but rather provide us a way out. God sent his son Jesus to save everyone, not just the people who have their lives together. Often times God is able to work more beautifully in the lives of those who suffer most from this world because it brings him the most glory. Jesus loved the weak and broke, he was called out for being a friend to the lowest class and persecuted for spending a major of his ministry around them.
And the Pharisees and their scribes grumbled at his disciples, saying, “Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?” And Jesus answered them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance.” – Luke 5:30-32
